Girls' Generation (소녀시대 (So Nyeo Si Dae ou SNSD/SoShi) en Corée-du-Sud, et 少女時代 (Shoujo Jidai) au Japon) est un girlband sud-coréen crée par la S.M. Entertainment en 2007. Elles sont décrites comme étant la version féminine des Super Junior par la SMENT, le groupe gagne en popularité avec leur mini-album Gee en 2009, classé numéro 1 des ventes en Corée-du-Sud. Elle débutent au Japon sous Universal Music (Nayutawave) en Août 2010 en sortant un DVD commémoratif.
